We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order decor items.
- Fragile items once used or installed.
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
3. Return Process

- Order details
- Clear images/videos of the issue
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Replacement Policy
- In case of damaged or defective items, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund, subject to availability.
6. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs may be covered only for damaged or incorrect items.
- No shipping charges will be refunded for other cases.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
