Return & Refund Policy – Decor Products

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order decor items.
  • Fragile items once used or installed.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

3. Return Process

  • Order details
  • Clear images/videos of the issue
  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or defective items, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund, subject to availability.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may be covered only for damaged or incorrect items.
  • No shipping charges will be refunded for other cases.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
